Housekeepers is not common to scandinavian people
We are much to privat for that
It would also cost a fortune in Norway
In Malawi everyone has got a housekeeper
Full time, 8 hours every day!
I am used to it now
If you don't have staff in your house the malawian people ask why
They want a job
They want to work
They want to earn money
OF COURSE THEY DO!
Everyone wants to make a living
Our housekeeper walks around the house,
keeping it tidy and clean
and sing a song every now and then.
She has three children to feed
and she is safe
THEY are safe
- for now
Life is good.
Do you have enough to feed your family?
Then your life is good as well
I suppose
